I don't think Primerica deserve a full star. In the middle of a situation as such for us with the way the economy is going, gas is high, everything is high except our paycheck. They are liars, very unworthy, they are not reliable, they don't respect and care about people. Now I owe money that I know that I'm going to receive in 3 days my account is overdrawn because Primerica give me a word and it did not respect their word. So I'm going to wait about a month to receive my own money. I request a reference number of the transfer to give to my bank so they can see if the deposit was made, I can't believe a big company like Primerica cannot give me a reference number until they create a case that would take 7 days, then they can probably give me a reference number. Primerica did not honor my request and I'm on my 8th day. It will take some times for the health department to reply. Now I'm behind on her mortgage, my mortgage because I use my money to help her. We are putting together to help her bills until she is better. I can't even go see my mom with a stroke that was the reason that I called. customers service at Primerica it's not good some of the agents are good and some of them are very nasty. One of the agent, gave me I believe it was a fake customer number which is *** and usually it's five numbers, that lady was rude, talking over me, putting me on hold while I'm talking twice and the third time he just hung up.
